The Fathers Physique Story

330!  A number I never thought I would see on the scale.  A number that shocked me and made me realize I needed to change.  I began to eat clean, I began to exercise, and I began to read.  I began taking action.  And so began my journey to become my best possible self.  But not just for me, for my family.  Because they deserve my absolute best and no less!

Fathers Physique came to me in a moment of clarity when I was resting in between sets on the bench.  I wanted to create a brand for all the fathers who know they're meant for more and who strive every day to achieve it.  A brand for the fathers who lead by example, and who will not settle for mediocrity.  A brand for the fathers who are devoted to their faith and family, while being disciplined with themselves.

I will forever be on my journey of self-improvement.  Wherever you are on your journey, know you are not alone.  Know that your family and I are cheering for you.  With devotion and discipline, anything can be accomplished.
